The downtown square in Denton, TX is a special place to many who live and visit the quaint, yet quickly growing North Texas town. Surrounded by fun and unique shops, dining, and craft coffee houses, it’s easy to see the charm that so many people love. For Martha and Erik, the square is special because it’s where they had their first date!

Almost every couple I work with starts off by telling me, “we’re going to be awkward in front of the camera,” or, “ you’re going to have to tell us what to do because we’ve never done pictures before.”

And my answer is always the same: I’ve got you!

Michelle and James’ Santa Fe wedding was everything Autumn wedding dreams are made of. These lovebirds said “I do,” at a luxury resort situated in the stunning mountains of Santa Fe, NM. Their venue, Bishops Lodge offered amazing mountain views paired with a rustic-meets-glamorous style that was perfect for the Texas duo.

Can I write an entire blog using only exclamation points and cry-face emojis? Because That’s exactly how I feel about this elopement in the Santa Fe National Forest with my dear friends, Kara and Conner.

Kara and Conner wanted an adventure for their engagement session, so we drove up to the Wichita Mountains in Lawton, OK for an evening full of swoon-worthy sunsets, hiking trails, and open fields.

Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Abigail and Bradley were married at the stunning Bella Donna Chapel located in McKinney, TX. This chapel’s gorgeous interiors and floor to ceiling windows give it an elegant style that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another world.

When Shea and I met at our wedding consultation, we immediately hit it off and before we knew it were laughing and crying over our coffee. She and her fiance, Josh, were wanting authentic, fun, warm, and candid portraits for their engagements - words I love to hear!

An airline pilot and flight attendant, Mark and Crystal share a love for adventure. They are such a fun and care-free couple, and they wanted their engagement session to reflect their playful relationship. Lakeside Park in Dallas, TX was the perfect location for these two lovebirds!

Surrounded by their closest friends and family members, Shea and Josh said, “I Do,” in the idyllic rose garden. The stone pathways, blooming flowers, and lush greenery create an old-world charm that causes you to forget you’re in the middle of the city.

Jalen knew exactly how and where he wanted to propose: in the Crepe Myrtle Alley in the Arboretum. Once we all arrived and met up, it was just up to me to guide them through the venue and not say anything about any kind of proposing.
